E.l.f. Beauty announced on Thursday the appointment of Kory Marchisotto, longtime E.l.f. Beauty chief marketing officer and Keys Soulcare president, to the newly created role of president of E.l.f. Brands.
In her role, Marchisotto will focus on expanding E.l.f. Cosmetics, E.l.f. Skin, Well People and Alicia Keys’ Keys Soulcare across categories and regions. She will continue to serve on E.l.f. Beauty’s executive team.
During Marchisotto’s tenure as CMO, she helped hone E.l.f.’s cheeky marketing tone, having launched the brand on TikTok in 2019 and subsequently architecting viral moments, like a Super Bowl advert starring Jennifer Coolidge, a campaign underscoring the preponderance of white men in corporate boardrooms titled “So Many Dicks” and a TikTok reality show.
E.l.f. Beauty also named Oshiya Savur chief marketing officer of E.l.f. Brands. Savur joins the company from the global beauty incubator Maesa, where she served as CMO for three years. Previously, she held senior brand management and marketing roles at Unilever and Charlotte Tilbury.

Chief digital officer Ekta Chopra has also been appointed to the newly created role of chief technology and AI officer. Before Chopra joined E.l.f. Beauty in 2016, she held technology roles in various private equity and retail companies.
The conglomerate, which acquired Rhode last May for $1 billion, raised its full-year guidance in February after experiencing better-than-expected third-quarter sales growth. The company is forecasting net sales growth of 22–23 percent.
