Style Capital has acquired N21, the Italian fashion brand founded by Alessandro Dell’Acqua, the investment firm said on Monday, without providing financial details of the deal.
Dell’Acqua will stay on as creative director while long-standing industrial partner Gilmar will exit the business, according to a statement.
The Milan-based firm which invests in fashion and lifestyle brands including through private equity deals, did not disclose the financial terms of what it described as a “complex corporate transaction,” or explain how the deal was structured.
