Augusto Mariotti
Creative Director & Publisher, FFW
The publisher behind one of Brazil’s most influential fashion media platforms is expanding his sway across the industry, combining editorial influence with education and talent development.

Augusto Mariotti is the co-founder, publisher and executive editor of FFW, a Brazilian media platform covering fashion, creativity and culture. Since its launch in 2009, FFW has evolved from a publication focused on local fashion-week coverage into one of the country’s most influential insider voices and sources of industry news.
Mariotti has sustained FFW’s influence in a challenging media market, reaching a highly engaged audience across its digital, print and events businesses. FFW’s distinctive social-media voice helped it amass nearly 600,000 Instagram followers by 2026. In the same year, he co-launched the FFW Brasil Fashion Awards to recognise excellence across the national fashion industry. Under Mariotti’s leadership, FFW has also expanded into professional education and training through FFW Aprender, which has reached hundreds of students across Brazil.
In addition to publishing, Mariotti’s work across communications, production and strategy has made him a key matchmaker between Brazilian fashion and the global industry. He launched AM&LC Studio in 2005, a production company specialising in fashion, luxury and culture projects with clients including Gucci, Adidas Originals, Miu Miu, Melissa, Valentino, Pedro Andrade and Osklen. Mariotti also served as content director and head of partnership consolidation at São Paulo Fashion Week for nearly two decades until 2020. There, he played an active role in discovering and developing emerging designers, helping prepare new talent for their debuts.
