Oliver Walsh, known as Oli Walsh, is the founder and chief executive of brand transformation consultancy Invisible Dynamics. In 2025, his agency led the marketing turnaround of Gap across more than 25 campaigns, creating viral advertisements featuring actress Parker Posey and pop group Katseye that generated over eight billion impressions and drove double-digit sales growth in denim.

Walsh earned a BA in Industrial Economics with French and Italian from Nottingham University Business School in 2004. In 2009, he co-founded the creative agency Wednesday, directing digital campaigns for luxury houses including Balenciaga, Gucci and Moncler, and helping incubate menswear retailer Mr Porter before the agency was acquired by BBDO in 2014. Walsh subsequently served as chief marketing officer and board director of Canadian womenswear brand Aritzia through its 2016 initial public offering.

In 2023, Walsh founded Invisible Dynamics, expanding the consultancy to more than 100 staff across Los Angeles, New York, London and Vancouver. Operating across brand strategy, product design and content production, the agency has delivered marketing transformation for more than 15 global brands, including Nike, Phoebe Philo, Banana Republic and Fear of God. Walsh also serves as chair of experiential skincare company Formula Fig across the United States and Canada.

In 2025, Walsh was named to Adweek's Creative 100 and the Glossy 50 list, while Invisible Dynamics was named Small Agency of the Year at the Creativepool Annual awards.
