Saïf Mahdhi

Saïf Mahdhi is the founder of Paris-based talent management and image consultancy SAFE Mgmt. He represents creatives from North Africa and the Middle East, securing partnerships with European luxury houses that regional figures have historically struggled to access. Mahdhi was born in Paris to Tunisian immigrant parents. He began his career in talent representation and image strategy in 1994, collaborating with houses including Saint Laurent and Chanel at Marilyn Agency and Viva Model Management. From 2007 to 2019, Mahdhi served as president of Next Model Management Paris, overseeing European operations. In 2019, he co-founded SAFE Mgmt with Joseph Belingard, establishing a boutique agency philosophy anchored in support, authenticity, family and ethics.

The consultancy manages global partnerships, ambassadorships and campaigns for a roster that includes Isabella Rossellini, Anja Rubik and Lupita Nyong'o. Mahdhi represents and brokers luxury relationships for prominent Middle Eastern and North African figures, including Palestinian-Algerian musician Saint Levant, Algerian Olympic boxing champion Imane Khelif and French-Algerian actor Lyna Khoudri. He has also brokered high-fashion campaigns and front-row appearances for music and entertainment figures such as A$AP Rocky, Lana Del Rey and Italian-Tunisian recording artist Ghali. In 2023, Mahdhi was appointed to the advisory board of Fashion Trust Arabia, where he mentors and evaluates regional fashion designers. In July 2026, he co-founded the Our Table initiative during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week to create a visibility platform for underrepresented global majority talent.
