Nadia Lee Cohen

Nadia Lee Cohen is a British artist and photographer working across film, editorial imagery and fashion campaigns. Cohen was born in Essex in 1992 and raised on an isolated farm in the English countryside. She enrolled at London College of Fashion in 2011 and earned a BA in Fashion Styling and Photography. She completed an MA in Fashion Photography there in 2014 before moving to Los Angeles in her early twenties, where retro Americana, Old Hollywood and commercial kitsch shaped her visual language.

Her fashion work includes directing Saint Laurent’s campaign with Hailey Bieber, photographing Kyle MacLachlan for Balenciaga and directing and photographing Kim Kardashian for Skims’ holiday campaign. She shot Madonna for Interview Magazine’s Summer 2026 cover and Kate Moss for a 60-page Perfect Magazine narrative.

In 2012, Cohen’s work was selected for the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in London. In 2023, her prosthetically transformed self-portraits in Hello, My Name Is formed her first major solo gallery exhibition, presented at Jeffrey Deitch in Los Angeles.

Her debut monograph, Women, presented 100 portraits made across Los Angeles and sold out its 10,000-copy Idea Books edition in 2020.
