Emily Sundberg is the founder and writer of Feed Me, a daily business and culture newsletter covering executive moves, consumer brands, marketing shifts and industry deals.

Sundberg graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in advertising and marketing communications. She began her career managing digital marketing and social media accounts for New York Magazine and fashion site The Cut, before working at Bon Appétit, Meta and cookware startup Great Jones. In October 2022, she founded Feed Me on Substack.

Sundberg grew the newsletter's subscriber base from approximately 60,000 to over 150,000 in 2025, reaching a combined paid and free readership of over 200,000. She has secured commercial sponsorships with retail brands including J.Crew, and expanded the publication into a multi-platform company featuring an industry job board, curated merchandise and events.

In 2026, she expanded the publication by launching dedicated West Coast and London editions and partnered with production company Higher Ground to co-produce and release season two of her podcast Expense Account.
