Archie G. Carrasco
Chairman & Chief Executive, AGC Power Holdings
The media mogul has built one of the Philippines' largest fashion publishers, bringing global titles including Vogue, GQ and Harper's Bazaar to the country.

Archie G. Carrasco is Chairman and CEO of AGC Power Holdings Corp., the parent company behind several major Philippine media groups, including the publisher of local editions of Vogue, GQ, Harper's Bazaar Philippines, Fashion Week Asia and Mega Magazine.
Carrasco oversees a publishing and multimedia portfolio that manages legacy domestic fashion and style titles — including flagship publication Mega and Lifestyle Asia — alongside specialised subsidiaries spanning international licensing, content production and talent management. Through AGC subsidiaries including Mega Global Group (formerly Mega Global Licensing Inc.), Carrasco has rapidly expanded the group’s international media footprint, launching Nylon Manila in 2020, Vogue Philippines in 2022, Allure Philippines in 2025 and GQ Philippines in 2026. His wider holdings include the local editions of Billboard, Rolling Stone and Robb Report and regional title VMan Southeast Asia.
Carrasco began his media career at One Mega Group Inc. (OMGI), joining as marketing manager in 2007 and rising through the executive ranks to become CEO of OMGI in 2019 before acquiring the business in 2020. After succeeding founder Sari Yap in 2019, Carrasco led the company through the pandemic and accelerated its expansion beyond traditional print publishing. He subsequently established AGC Power Holdings Corp. as a parent entity to consolidate his expanding media interests and diversify beyond traditional publishing into content production through 7640 Inc. and influencer marketing and public relations through DigistarPH.
