Founded in Shanghai in 2011 by Tasha Liu, Lang Nan and Justin Peng, Labelhood is a fashion incubator, retail platform and concept store dedicated to nurturing China’s emerging designers. Its Shanghai Fashion Week showcases have become an important launchpad for young brands, connecting them with buyers, media and consumers. The organisation’s Shanghai retail presence, a network of storefronts in the Jing’An district, presents emerging Chinese labels alongside exhibitions and events, creating a platform for the country’s next generation of fashion talent.
